At Perry Builders we understand that customer service is extremely important, both before and after you move into your new home. That is why we created our exclusive Quality Assurance Warranty Program. We believe that careful planning and personal communication are essential to a seamless home buying experience. For this reason, a Quality Assurance Representative will be on hand to help you understand the construction process and to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Quality Assurance Inspection
When your home is complete, we will conduct our own Quality Assurance Inspection to make certain your home is ready for you. A representative of our Quality Assurance Program will walk through your home and create a list of any items that may require attention. Be assured that our representative is committed to ensuring that your home is at award-winning presentation quality prior to your final walk through.

Home Orientation
Your new home orientation is designed to familiarize you to your new home and its many features. During this orientation, we will tour your home with you, demonstrate and explain equipment, warranties and required homeowner maintenance. This thorough inspection is your opportunity to ensure that everything in the home meets your approval. If there are any issues, repairs or touch-ups necessary, action will be taken to correct them prior to your final home walk through. The New Home Orientation is the culmination of our thorough, Quality Assurance Program and we take great pride in demonstrating and presenting your new home at this time.

Quality Assurance Warranty Program
Under the Quality Assurance Warranty Program, each homeowner is given a one (1) year homeowner warranty provided by Perry Builders, as well as an extended warranty covering years 2-10 by Quality Builders Warranty. At closing, homeowners are given a warranty manual that includes all of the product literature, extended warranties and emergency phone numbers. Perry Builders has a commitment to quality and integrity unlike any other. We strive to create an open line of communication with each and every homeowner because that is the only way issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

60 Day Warranty Request
After you have had some time to settle in, you may have questions, or “little things” that need attention. The purpose of this request is to catch items before they become a problem. You will have a Warranty Request Form in your closing packet and there is also a form available for your convenience on this website. When your 60 Day anniversary is approaching, it is your responsibility to mail, email or fax this form to our office. Our External Relations Coordinator will contact you to let you know that we have received your request and within (2) two weeks you will be contacted by a warranty representative to schedule an appointment.

11 Month Warranty Request
Like the 60 Day Warranty Request, it is your responsibility to fill out the 11 Month Warranty Request Form and mail, email or fax it to our office. The same process that is in place for the 60 Day Warranty Request is also in place for the 11 Month Warranty Request.

All Service Requests Must Be In Writing
In order for our warranty program to operate at maximum efficiency, we suggest waiting the full 60 days before submitting your warranty requests (unless there is an emergency, such as a water leak). This allows you sufficient time to become settled in your new home, and to thoroughly examine all components. Forms will be located in your closing packet and online and labeled “60 Day Warranty Service Request Form” and “11 Month Warranty Service Request Form”.
