Emergency Warranty Service Requests
All emergencies should be called in to the appropriate subcontractor. Please check your closing packet to make certain you are contacting the appropriate company. Make sure to have your address, lot number and closing date available when making an appointment.

Non-Emergency Warranty Program
With the exception of emergencies, all requests for services must be in writing. As noted at Contract, New Home Orientation, and Closing, Perry Builders offers a 60 Day and 11 Month warranty service request. Requests may be mailed, emailed or faxed. Upon receipt of your request, a Quality Assurance Representative will contact you to schedule an appointment. Service appointments are ONLY available from 8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday. It will be necessary for you to have someone at your home while our Quality Assurance Representative is present.
